Optimas Manufacturing Company manufactures high quality components and completely assembled products for original equipment manufacturers worldwide. With U.S. based headquarters and Chinese based manufacturing; we bring our customers the best of both worlds, blending Western quality with Eastern costs. In cooperation with our customers, Optimas begins each project we undertake by determining the most cost effective way to set up a manufacturing and assembly operation in our Chinese facility. This includes a thorough analysis of your internal processes, your quality standards and your production schedule. We advise you as to which parts or components should be made in China to deliver maximum cost savings. Then we set up our manufacturing and assembly process according to your volume requirements. We apply this same level of due diligence whether our customers intend to purchase completely assembled products or components only. Optimas has its own assembly facility in Ningbo and Engineering office in Changzhou. Optimas employs quality control engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers as well as drafting engineers. Our staff is conversant with Pro E, Solidworks, Autocad 3D and Autocad Inventor.
